Our Articulated T-Rex, affectionately nicknamed Rexi, started as a simple idea:

“What if a dinosaur could move just like the real thing — but was printed in one piece?”

That single thought sparked a small design experiment that turned into one of our most loved creations.

Unlike traditional toys that come from molds or assembly lines, Rexi comes to life layer by layer.
Each T-Rex takes hours to print on our precision 3D printers, where hundreds of paper-thin layers of eco-friendly PLA filament are stacked together to create the dinosaur’s shape.

What makes this design so fascinating is that it’s printed fully assembled — no snapping, gluing, or connecting pieces. When the printer finishes, Rexi simply lifts off the plate, already flexible and ready to move.

Every joint, from tail to jaw, is part of the original print — a small engineering marvel that feels almost alive in your hands.

We experimented with colors for weeks before finding combinations that really made Rexi stand out.
